Manjit Claire has been advising clients through specialized knowledge and actively representing his clients in Real Estate transactions since 1992.

Manjit specializes Commercial, Investments and Foreclsoures. In 2010 Manjit earned the coveted CCIM designation, it had been compared to receiving a Phd in commercial real estate investment analysis.

The insight he gained in personally being involved, as a principal in the developmentof a mixed use Multi-Family/Retail development has proven invaluable when consulting clients. Manjit has successfully marketed various types of properties including Shopping Centres, Hotels, Multi Family Development Sites, Office and Retail buildings, Land Parcels and various types of properties under foreclosure.
