Walloce Sohl

Wallie grew up in Richmond, BC.  After finishing his working contract at Expo '86 (Asset Disposition), in 1987 he started real estate with Realty World in Richmond.  Wallie was invited to join RE/MAX Prominent Realty in 1991 and he received his Associate Broker licence in 1994.  He also completed 4 CCIM Commercial Investment programs.  In 2006, Wallie achieved his MLS Medallion Club "Life Member" (Top Realtors for 20 consecutive years), where 4 of those years were in the Presidents Club (top 1%), as well as receiving many RE/MAX awards.

Wallie is life student of improvement - whether it is personal, financial, or spiritual.  He studied with Tony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki, Tom Hopkins, T. Harve Eker, Raymond Aaron, Zig Ziglar, Brian Tracy, Robert Allen, Wright Thurston, and many other professional trainers in his career.

Wallie has successfully helped clients, from 1st time buyers to seasoned investors.  He has sold assets that have included houseboats, house, apartment and commercial buildings.  He has assembled land, built new homes, and continues to manage renovations on rental properties.

One that Wallie has not lost over the years... is the excitement of helping others to build their financial dreams.  If you are looking to work with a seasoned, well travelled, friendly real estate professional, "WALLIE is your man."
