Meet Our Staff:

David Andrews was born and raised in Vancouver, studied Economics at UBC, and entered the real estate industry in 1979 at the age of 22.

From 1979 – 1986 David was in the top 3% in sales in the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and avidly studied real estate market cycles.

In 1986, David opened and developed the Oakridge, Vancouver, RE/MAX franchise, RE/MAX Real Estate Services. While building and managing the franchise, David’s personal real estate sales were number one out of over two thousand realtors for the Vancouver West Side Division of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.

In 1996, RE/MAX International recognized David as Broker/Owner of the year for office growth and quality out of over 2,500 offices. Today, his office has over 100 sales associates and has been the number one office in sales volume for many years in the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.

David’s main involvement with the agents in our office is through business coaching. His experience is invaluable to agents seasoned or new and he truly focuses on the individual when helping them reach their goals.
